This role serves as a key partner to field leadership and hourly team members, helping ensure a positive employee experience while supporting critical HR and administrative functions on-site.

The position begins with remote work for six months, then rotates to active Moss project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned project sites and field teams.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions and offboarding activities.
• Review timekeeping and attendance to support payroll accuracy.
