Job summary

Moss is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar projects. You will partner with field leadership and hourly teams to deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll accuracy, and policy guidance.

Based in the field, you will travel to project sites as needed, support audits and compliance, and help create a positive employee experience while aligning with Moss's safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, payroll, employee relations, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees or field operations.
• Strong HR policy knowledge and discretion.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and offboarding support across projects.
• Assist with payroll accuracy by reviewing timekeeping and attendance.
• Guide employees on HR policies and company programs; escalate complex matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data for reporting and compliance.
• Support audits, apprenticeships, and workforce development initiatives.
