Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar projects. This role partners with field leadership to deliver HR services and administrative support on-site, with an initial six months of remote work before project assignments.

The position requires travel or relocation as needed and involves handling onboarding, payroll reviews, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination preferred.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policy application.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned project sites and field teams.
• Support onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure successful integration.
