Moss seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar projects. This role partners with field leadership and hourly teams to deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle.

You will guide HR matters on-site, coordinate onboarding, manage records, and ensure payroll and policy compliance while traveling to Moss project sites as needed. This is a dynamic role with initial remote work and future on-site assignments.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in human resources, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or fast-paced workforce.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policy application.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust with employees and leaders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.
• Construction, energy, or industrial industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned field project sites.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure successful integration of new hires.
• Review, audit, and resolve timekeeping and attendance-related matters for payroll accuracy.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and company programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data for reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on audits, workforce development initiatives, and special projects.
