Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar projects. This role partners with field leadership and hourly teams to deliver hands-on HR support throughout the employee lifecycle and to ensure a positive employee experience on-site.

The position begins with approximately six months of remote work, then transitions to an active project near Moss project sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned project sites, supporting field teams and leadership.
• Address workforce needs, employee concerns, and day-to-day HR matters with project leaders and supervisors.
• Support full employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and integration.</br>Ensure payroll and timekeeping accuracy.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and programs, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data; support reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate on compliance initiatives, audits, and workforce development projects.
