Job summary

Baseten is hiring a Sales Manager to build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives. You’ll recruit, coach, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals in large organizations, advising on AI strategy and GTM for your territory.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal to translate requirements into a compelling roadmap, while staying deeply involved in deal execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of closing experience in enterprise sales.
• 2+ years of managing high performing teams.
• Proven success selling to large digital natives or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and ramp a team of Enterprise sellers.
• Coach reps through long, multi-stakeholder cycles and close seven- to eight-figure deals.
• Raise the bar on consultative selling and guide AI strategy conversations.
• Partner on shaping GTM strategy for the territory and verticals.
• Operate as player-coach, carrying deals while the team scales.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal on requirements.
