n8n GmbH is seeking a proven Enterprise Customer Success professional to drive deployments and adoption across high-value enterprise customers. You’ll work with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer problems into adopted automation workflows and define governance and ownership models to scale automation.

You will travel 30–50% of the time for on-site engagements across Europe and communicate confidently in English with technical, operational, and executive audiences.

Formación

• Enterprise deployment experience in a B2B software company.
• On-site enterprise adoption and governance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive customer outcomes during deployments.
• Lead on-site deployments from executive kickoff to closeout.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineer to turn customer problems into adopted workflows.
• Define ownership, decision-making, and adoption practices across teams.
• Build value cases and map business processes to automation opportunities.
