Job summary
n8n GmbH is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success professional to drive deployment, adoption, and governance for large-scale enterprise deployments of the n8n workflow platform.
You will collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, translate customer needs into scalable automation roadmaps, and guide executives with value-focused business cases. This role requires strong English communication and travel readiness to support on-site engagements across Europe and the US.
Qualifications
- Experience in deployment, implementation, consulting, solutions, or technical customer success roles at a B2B software company.
- On-site customer experience to drive adoption in complex environments.
- Ability to define governance, ownership, and operating models for scale.
- Ability to build value cases and prioritize an automation roadmap.
- Clear communication with executive audiences in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment and adoption workstreams across high-value enterprise deployments.
- Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer problems into workflows.
- Define governance and ownership models for scalable automation.
- Build business cases and estimate impact for executives.
- Identify upsell signals and hand them to the Customer Success team.
