Job summary

n8n GmbH is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success leader to drive deployment outcomes for Enterprise customers and scale automation across their organizations. You will own on-site deployments, collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, and define governance, ownership, and adoption practices to ensure measurable business impact across teams and processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration across complex enterprise teams.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate needs into automation opportunities.
• Experience in deployment, implementation, consulting, or technical customer success in B2B software.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer outcomes during deployments
• Lead the organizational workstream during on-site deployments from kickoff to closeout
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineer to turn customer problems into adopted workflows
• Guide customers in implementing automation operating and governance models
• Define ownership, decision-making, prioritization, enablement, and adoption practices across technical and business teams
• Leave customers more capable by embedding automation into their workflows
• Map business processes to uncover high-impact automation opportunities
• Build value cases and connect automation to executive priorities
• Identify upsell/expansion signals and hand to Customer Success
• Demonstrate enterprise deployment experience in a B2B software context
• Possess on-site deployment capability and travel readiness (30–50% Europe)
• Communicate clearly in English with technical, operational, and executive audiences
