n8n GmbH is seeking a senior Enterprise Deployment Lead to drive adoption, governance, and ROI-focused automation across large-scale deployments. You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to turn complex customer challenges into scalable workflow solutions.

You will guide organizational change, define ownership, and ensure sustainable automation that aligns with executive priorities. This role requires travel and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Need experience delivering deployments, consulting, solutions, or technical customer success in a B2B software environment.
• Ability to drive adoption with enterprise customers in complex, high-stakes settings.
• Strong capability to map business processes to automation opportunities and to define governance and ownership for scaling automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead the business, adoption, and governance workstreams across high-value enterprise deployments.
• Manage on-site deployments from kickoff to closeout.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer problems into adopted workflows.
• Focus engagements on high-value opportunities and scalable automation models.
• Define and govern the automation operating model and ownership structures across teams.
• Help customers articulate ownership, decision-making, prioritization, enablement, and adoption practices.
• Leave customers more capable by embedding automation in their operating model.
• Identify, prioritize, and prove automation opportunities across environments.
• Develop and manage an automation roadmap with ROI planning and clear sequencing.
• Build business cases in the customer language and connect automation to executive priorities.
• Navigate organizations and build trust across technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify upsell signals and coordinate with Customer Success for expansion.
• Feed learnings into internal playbooks and repeatable deployment motions.
