Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of client relationship, consulting, and implementation experience.
• Experience with benefits/implementation processes and methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers.
• Strong customer service orientation and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the discovery process for Health and Welfare client implementations to meet goals.
• Document requirements by reviewing plan documents and HR materials, and input into the requirements format.
• Consult clients on best practices and system/process changes to achieve goals.
• Research and propose system enhancements with Product Managers and Developers.
• Lead key meetings: kickoff, requirements gathering, reviews with clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate timelines with implementation staff and clients.
• Ensure cross-team collaboration to finalize all requirements within scope.
• Manage client expectations and communicate turnaround times.
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend client service improvements.
• Assist in sales and marketing efforts as needed.
• Coach and mentor teammates.
