Job summary

bswift is seeking an Implementation Delivery Lead to drive client relationships and lead complex benefits-implementation projects from start to finish. You will guide configuration, data requirements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.

The role requires 3+ years in client relationship and implementation, with strong Excel skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Travel may be needed to support clients and project milestones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client relationship and implementation experience, preferably in benefits or healthcare.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and oversee implementation projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Coach analysts on deliverables and resolve client inquiries.
• Evaluate system configuration and data requirements to meet project goals.
• Travel as needed to support customers and project milestones.
