Job summary

bswift is seeking a Discovery Implementation Manager to drive the onboarding of Health and Welfare clients, gathering requirements, advising on best practices, and ensuring a smooth implementation from start to handoff.

You will lead discovery efforts, document requirements, facilitate kickoff and status meetings, mitigate risks, and coordinate with Product and other teams to meet client expectations. Travel may be required; strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of client relationship, consulting, and implementation experience.
• Experience with benefits/implementation processes and methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal, external, technical, and non-technical team members.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and brokers.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage discovery process for Health and Welfare client implementations to achieve goals.
• Document requirements from source documents and input into the requirements format.
• Lead meetings including kickoff and requirements review.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project and staffing risks.
• Manage timelines with implementation staff and clients.
• Ensure related requirements are collected and finalized across teams.
• Manage client expectations and communicate turnaround times.
• Coach and mentor others.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and recommend changes to client service approaches.
