Devoted Health is seeking an energetic Employee Benefits Manager to manage health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and wellness programs, turning complex designs into clear employee experiences. Reporting to the Director, Benefits, you will help employees understand and engage with the full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, marketing, business admin, or related field.
• 4+ years in HR, benefits, or corporate communications with benefits program management.
• 2+ years hands-on Workday Benefits Administration and knowledge of Workday processes.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling to translate benefits jargon into clear language.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
• Serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and life events.
• Collaborate with HRIS and payroll to ensure accurate premium deductions and data integrity.
• Translate complex plan designs into clear communications and onboarding materials.
• Lead weekly New Hire Benefit presentation and improve onboarding questions.
• Oversee Open Enrollment logistics, system configurations, testing, and vendor coordination.
