Job summary

bswift, based in Chicago with nationwide remote capabilities, is seeking a Hypercare Manager. You will oversee the transition from implementation to ongoing administration for new client installations, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver post-go-live excellence.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in project management or client relations within benefits administration, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of project management, implementation, and/or client relationship management experience in benefits administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with internal, external, technical, and non-technical team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for transition from implementation to ongoing administration for new client installations on the bswift platform, including go-live activities and hypercare.
• Manage timelines to ensure smooth internal operations and keep leadership updated on governance and execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating when appropriate and communicating turnaround times.
• Lead internal meetings during implementation, transition to ongoing, and hypercare periods.
• Ensure documentation is completed and understood by receiving teams.
• Monitor client health post go-live and share lessons learned across teams.
