Job summary

Cribl is seeking a senior pre-sales leader to guide a high-visibility team across our multi‑product telemetry platform. You will influence Cribl’s GTM strategy, drive PoV delivery, and optimize pre‑sales workflows while partnering with Enterprise sales and Customer Success to expand consumption and ARR.

The role requires 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership position, travel up to 30%, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading a technical pre-sales team or region in software.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive customers and leadership.
• Experience supporting large, multi-year Enterprise deals and multi-product sales motions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's platform.
• Shape regional GTM strategy and drive PoV delivery and pre-sales efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, CS, product, and engineering to scale platform adoption and ARR.
