Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to join our customer operations team and resolve complex inquiries across email and phone channels. You will be empowered to learn and grow within a collaborative environment, supporting ongoing training and product feature improvements.

You will communicate effectively, manage schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality service in a remote-first, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Willingness to support operation functions on evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and virtually in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer inquiries primarily via email, with some phone support.
• Maintain high professionalism and quality assurance in interactions with clients.
• Apply product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve a broad range of issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop new skills and responsibilities.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement, including agent coaching and quality monitoring.
• Support incubation of new products and features and assist with ad-hoc projects.
• Manage schedules and email channels to drive productivity and quality scores.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex customer issues.
