Affirm, Inc. is hiring an Operations Associate to resolve escalated customer inquiries across email and phone channels. You will work with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and deliver high-quality support.

The role emphasizes product and financial knowledge, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-growing environment. In this remote-friendly position, you will participate in training, manage schedules, and communicate effectively to maintain top QA scores while supporting customers

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience interacting with customers in an omnichannel environment (phone, email, chat, etc).
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer inquiries primarily via email, with occasional phone contact.
• Maintain high-quality standards and QA scores while building positive rapport with clients.
• Apply product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve varied customer issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and cross-functional projects.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement, including coaching, monitoring, and product features.
