Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an operations associate to join our customer operations team. You will resolve escalated inquiries via email, with occasional calls, while maintaining professionalism and high quality assurance scores.

You’ll collaborate across functions, learn our products and financial services, and help identify improvements. Evening/weekend availability and bilingual English/French skills are required in a fast-growth, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Capable of delivering high quality work independently and/or virtually.
• Willingness to support operations on evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer inquiries via email, with occasional phone support.
• Maintain professionalism and high QA scores with clients.
• Use product and financial knowledge to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement, including coaching and quality monitoring.
