Job summary

Affirms is seeking an Operations Associate to join its Customer Operations team. You will resolve escalated customer inquiries, maintain high QA scores, and collaborate across teams to improve products and processes.

This is a remote-first role with flexibility, requiring 1–3 years of customer support experience and strong English communication; French is a plus. You will work primarily via email with occasional calls, participate in training, and help document processes while supporting

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer-facing experience in an omnichannel environment.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; French a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated inquiries mainly via email; occasional phone support.
• Maintain high QA scores and professional interactions with clients.
• Apply product and financial knowledge to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
• Identify trends and improvements in agent coaching, QA, and features.
• Support new product incubation and ad-hoc projects.
• Manage schedules and email channels to boost productivity and quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Affirms teams to resolve issues.
• Lead documentation efforts including meeting minutes and procedures.
