Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Customer Operations team. You will resolve escalated inquiries via email with occasional calls, maintain professionalism, and leverage product and financial knowledge to resolve complex issues.

You will participate in training, identify trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to support new features. The role is remote-first with some in-person onboarding and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in both English and French.
• 1-3 years experience interacting with customers in an omnichannel environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer inquiries via email, with occasional phone support.
• Maintain professionalism and high QA scores with clients.
• Utilize product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop new skills.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement including coaching and QA.
