Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience interacting with customers in an omnichannel environment (email, phone, chat).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growth environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience or knowledge of the financial industry is a plus.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and using KPIs to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer inquiries via email and occasional phone calls.
• Maintain high quality and professional standards with clients and QA scores.
• Leverage product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and skills development.
