Affirm is building a de novo bank and seeks an experienced Operations leader to establish and scale its core banking platform and digital experiences. You will own Finxact as the core system, manage deposit and lending operations, and partner with servicing teams to implement resilient, compliant processes.

You will drive end-to-end operational readiness, supervise daily activities across deposits, lending, and vendor management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in banking operations or core-platform delivery.
• Experience leading teams in a regulated financial institution.
• Experience with core banking platforms, Finxact preferred or similar cloud-native systems.
• Knowledge of deposit, lending operations, and related settlements.

Responsabilités

• Own implementation, config, and admin of Finxact as core system of record.
• Manage Savana and digital account-opening platform and testing cycles.
• Lead launch readiness including procedures, staffing, and cutover.
• Direct daily deposit operations, including reconciliations and regulatory reporting.
• Direct lending operations and loans funding, boarding, and journal entries.
• Oversee loan purchase/sale operations and audits.
• Develop and maintain the control environment with maker–checker controls and audits.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance and Compliance to design scalable workflows.
