You’ll train staff, managers, and end users at franchise and multi-location partners, drive early adoption, and support launches to ensure smooth go-live.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in customer success, support, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for daily client contact.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to scale processes.
• Familiarity with CRM software and managing multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train staff, managers, and end users at franchise and multi-location partners.
• Drive early adoption and help customers build strong platform usage habits.
• Support launches and ensure accounts go live smoothly and quickly.
• Build rapport with client teams and understand their hiring needs.
• Gather product feedback and relay it to the Product team to improve features.
