Job summary

Kobie Marketing in Raleigh is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services to lead day-to-day client and internal partnerships across one or more retail accounts, shaping loyalty strategy with data and insight.

You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver programs that move clients' bottom line, partner with Strategy and Decision Science to turn data into recommendations, and drive campaigns across stores, apps, and ecommerce.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years in marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM roles.
• Strategic vision paired with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into decisions.
• Knowledge of CRM, loyalty platforms, and customer segmentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day relationship: Own the working relationship across your accounts and lead client meetings.
• Program strategy and performance: Partner with Strategy and Decision Science to lift participation, redemption, and ROI.
• Campaigns that drive engagement: Define and launch seasonal, tier-based, and milestone promotions.
• Early warning system: Anticipate issues early and drive them to resolution.
• Growth ideas: Spot expansion opportunities and build growth roadmaps for clients.
• Platform and launch readiness: Lead product conversations and ensure client readiness for launches.
