Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth strategy with major platform partners. You will size opportunities, shape product and investment decisions, and measure impact alongside Strategy, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing teams.

Qualifications

• GM mindset with product and credit risk judgment and a track record of identifying opportunities.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, credit metrics, and portfolio performance.
• Ability to perform complex analyses and translate results into actionable business insights.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role with impact on major decisions.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with experience in experimental design and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a major product or business area.
• Lead analyses balancing growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate findings into narratives and business cases for leadership.
• Design experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue to align on decisions.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with governance.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices.
