Affirm, a remote-first company building transparent pay-over-time solutions, is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth partnerships. You will own the analytics portfolio for a major product area, define success, and shape investment decisions across growth, risk, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a cross-functional analytical role with impact on product or risk decisions.
• Advanced SQL and Python for data analysis and experimentation.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize analytics portfolio for a major product area, defining success and identifying investment opportunities.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate analytical findings into clear narratives and business cases for leadership.
• Tackle ambiguous problems by designing actionable experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability.
• Lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue, building alignment around key decisions without formal authority.
• Build scalable data models, metrics, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with rigorous validation and data governance.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices and tools.
