Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack, to drive data-driven growth with major platform partners. You will own the analytics portfolio, shape growth strategies, size opportunities, and measure the impact of initiatives alongside partnerships, product, finance, engineering, and pricing teams.

Ideal candidates bring a GM mindset, strong risk and product judgment, and 6+ years in cross-functional analytics with advanced SQL/Python and experience with AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitatively rigorous field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced SQL and Python with statistics, experimental design, and A/B testing.
• 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role delivering product, risk, or business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area, defining success and measuring impact.
• Lead analyses balancing growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate analytical findings into narratives and business cases for leadership decisions.
• Tackle ambiguous problems by identifying hypotheses and designing experiments to validate PMF and economics.
• Lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue to align on key decisions.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with governance and reproducibility.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytic practices and tools.
