MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to own profitability strategy across fintech client engagements. You will build and refine financial models, evaluate pricing components, and partner with senior leaders to optimize returns.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in banking economics and BaaS. Remote work options are available with collaboration across Fintech teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance or related field with 7+ years in banking/Fintech.
• Excellent Excel modelling and financial forecasting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Banking as a Service (BaaS) and payments economics.

Responsibilities

• Own Fintech profitability strategy, including methodology and return requirements.
• Develop financial models and projections for client profitability and pricing.
• Prepare pricing recommendations across fee structures, deposits, and terms.
• Lead Finance reviews in initial client evaluations and present to committees.
• Collaborate with senior Fintech leadership and sponsor banks on pricing.
