Job summary

CryptoProcessing by Coinspaid is a remote-first fintech company enabling businesses to accept stablecoins and convert to fiat. We seek an experienced Operational Account Manager to drive growth, maintain client relations, and optimize contracts.

You will manage day-to-day client needs, exceed revenue targets through exceptional service, and collaborate with internal teams. Fluency in English and Russian is required, with travel to industry events as needed, and full remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Fintech, Crypto or online B2B account management.
• Strong service mindset with growth focus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist assigned clients with day-to-day account questions.
• Meet or exceed client volume and revenue targets through outstanding service.
• Negotiate and optimize contractual terms.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on client targets.
• Build strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Organize client meetings virtually and in person.
• Promote product benefits and value to clients.
• Keep CRM, Email, Confluence, and other internal tools updated.
• Occasional travel to industry events.
• Perform other duties as needed.
