CryptoProcessing by Coinspaid is seeking an experienced Operational Account Manager to join our remote-first team. You will manage B2B fintech crypto relationships, support clients, and drive growth.

You will collaborate with sales, support, and product, maintain CRM records, and participate in industry events when possible. The role offers flexible work, global teams, and opportunities to shape strategy while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Fintech or crypto B2B account management.
• Service-first mindset with the ability to grow accounts.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist assigned clients with day-to-day account questions.
• Meet or exceed client revenue targets through outstanding service and growth opportunities.
• Maintain and negotiate contractual terms.
• Forecast and report on client-based targets.
• Build strong internal relationships with other teams.
• Organise client meetings virtually and in person.
• Promote product benefits and value.
• Keep CRM/Email/Confluence records updated.
• Travel to industry expos and networking events when needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
