Job summary

Coinspaid Solutions is a fintech company building blockchain payment infrastructure with remote-first teams across multiple countries. We’re growing Coinspaid’s Product Operations to own configuration, deployments, and client setup in production, building an operating model from the ground up as a senior, hands-on contributor.

You’ll ensure feature availability, asset flows, and regulatory compliance while coordinating releases, maintaining governance, and driving traceability.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience (5+ years) in operations, product operations, or a comparable role.
• Hands-on crypto or blockchain industry experience is required.
• Experience working with production configuration in regulated environments.
• A track record of building processes where none existed.
• Strong ownership instincts and ability to prioritize your own backlog without close supervision.
• Clear, structured written communication and documentation are essential.
• Based in the EU and available to work fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Own production configuration—active features, assets, flows, and limits—keeping it consistent, visible, and traceable.
• Coordinate deployments and releases—decide where and when capabilities activate and ensure readiness before go-live.
• Configure the product for clients and markets to match agreements and jurisdiction requirements.
• Apply fee logic correctly—implement fee configurations and maintain a change history.
• Manage asset and transaction configuration and enable/disable flows as needed.
• Implement regulatory and market constraints in partnership with Compliance.
• Monitor operational health and alert teams with clear business impact signals.
• Maintain governance with an up-to-date view of active configurations and traceability.
