Qualifications

• Senior-level operations experience (5+ years) in operations or product operations, owning production environments.
• Hands-on crypto or blockchain industry experience with assets, wallets, transactions, and custody flows.
• Proven track record of creating new processes where no playbook exists.

Responsibilities

• Own production configuration and ensure consistency, visibility, and traceability.
• Coordinate deployments and releases, confirming readiness and bridging product delivery to real usage.
• Monitor operational health and detect anomalies with clear business impact.
