CryptoProcessing by Coinspaid ищет специалиста по управлению клиентами для поддержки и роста в быстро развивающемся Fintech/крипто-стартапе. Вы будете работать с глобальными клиентами, развивать отношения и обеспечивать выполнение KPI по продажам и качеству сервиса.

Требуется 2+ года опыта в управлении аккаунтами и уверенное владение английским и русским, а также знание перечисленных инструментов. Гибкий график, возможности для развития и командные мероприятия входят в пакет.

• 2+ года опыта в управлении аккаунтами в финтех/крипто или аналогичном онлайн-бизнесе B2B
• Сильное слушание и эмпатия, акцент на сервис и коммерческие результаты
• Опыт работы с Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Intercom, Tableau
• Свободное владение английским и русским языками

• Помогать назначенным клиентам с рутинными вопросами по аккаунту
• Обеспечивать выполнение целевых объемов продаж и доходов через качественный сервис
• Поддерживать, оптимизировать и вести переговоры по контрактам и условиям
• Прогнозировать, мониторировать, достигать и отчитываться по целям клиентов

CryptoProcessing by Coinspaid is a stablecoins payment provider that helps businesses accept digital assets and convert them to fiat. With over 11 years of industry experience, it connects businesses to crypto users and makes transactions simple.

Задачи:

• Assist assigned clients with routine account questions
• Ensure client volume and revenue targets are met or exceeded through outstanding service, proactively identifying growth opportunities
• Maintain, optimize, and negotiate contractual agreements and terms
• Forecast, monitor, achieve, and report on client-based targets
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
• Organize virtual and face-to-face client meetings
• Promote and communicate the product’s benefits and value
• Keep records updated in CRM and other internal software
• Travel occasionally to industry expos, conferences, and networking events
• Perform other duties as required from time to time

Требования:

• 2+ Years of account management experience in Fintech, Crypto, or another online business within a B2B setting
• Service-first, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong listening and empathy skills, with a focus on client service and commercial results
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment focused on speed and problem-solving
• Structured and efficient in managing work and time
• Strong negotiation skills and a focus on mutually beneficial solutions
• Passion for crypto and current payment solutions
• High energy, a positive attitude, and a belief in teamwork
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and reporting skills, with attention to detail
• Experience using Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Intercom, and Tableau
• Proficiency in English and Russian, written and verbal
