CryptoProcessing by Coinspaid seeks an experienced Operational Account Manager to join a remote-first fintech team. You will manage day-to-day client questions, grow revenues, and negotiate contracts while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams.

You will help achieve client-based targets, use Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Intercom, and Tableau, and travel occasionally to industry events. English and Russian proficiency are required, and a proactive, service-first mindset is

Qualifications

• 2+ years Fintech or Crypto B2B account management experience.
• Service-first minded, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong listening, empathy and client service while driving commercial results.
• Thrives in fast-paced start-up environments with speed and problem solving.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities and mutually beneficial solutions.
• Passionate about crypto and modern payment solutions.
• High energy, positive attitude, teamwork oriented.
• Outstanding problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Intercom and Tableau.
• Proficient in English and Russian.

Responsibilities

• Assist assigned clients with day-to-day questions about their account.
• Meet or exceed client volume and revenue targets through outstanding service and growth opportunities.
• Maintain, optimize, and negotiate contractual agreements and terms.
• Forecast and report on client-based targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Organize client meetings virtually and in person to build relationships.
• Promote product benefits and value to clients.
• Keep records updated in CRM, Email, Confluence and other tools.
• Occasional travel to industry expos and networking events.
• Other duties as required by the company.
