Qualifications
- 5+ years of client-facing implementation, project management, or technical account management in fintech/banking tech or enterprise SaaS for financial institutions.
- Experience with lending and deposit products (consumer, auto, credit card, personal loans; checking, savings, CDs, money market).
- Familiarity with REST/JSON APIs, file-based integrations, data mappings, and configuration specs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end lending and deposit implementations across 2–3 partner projects concurrently.
- Coordinate decisions, escalations, dependencies, and ownership across internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans, risk logs, timelines, and executive status reports.
