Payoneer is seeking an innovative, proactive Solutions & Implementation Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will design scalable, high-performance technical solutions and engage with C-level executives across GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, Data, and more to ensure client success on high-profile projects.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, document BRD and SDD, and guide the implementation from concept to deployment while managing complex requirements and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with APIs, SaaS products, and technologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs, technical specs, and solution blueprints aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead implementation from concept through testing and deployment to ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate complex requirements and distill into functional requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Document BRD and SDD, create design flowcharts, and maintain project knowledge base.
• Conduct solution reviews and performance optimizations for quality and maintainability.
• Act as trusted advisor in pre-sales meetings and throughout implementation.
