Job summary

PayMitto is seeking an Implementations Manager to own onboarding and go-live for a portfolio of FI clients from contract through production launch.

You will coordinate with engineering, compliance, and client success, leading client meetings and working hands-on to resolve technical escalations with vendor partners. Atlanta-based fintech with cross-border payments expertise offers a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management or implementation, fintech/payments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects for enterprise clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client updates and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of FI client implementations with timelines and stakeholders.
• Lead client-facing implementation meetings and manage go-live dates.
• Translate client requirements into configuration and testing plans across data audits, funds flow, compliance, reconciliation and UAT.
• Identify delays as configuration, platform, or vendor issues and route quickly.
• Draft and send clear client communications and status updates.
• Balance team workload and flag capacity constraints to leadership.
