Job summary

SavvyMoney, a leading San Francisco Bay Area fintech, seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to drive client-facing implementations for lending and deposit platforms. You will own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to go-live across multiple Partner projects, balancing business goals with technical execution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fintech project management or technical account management, strong collaboration skills, and experience with banking tech stacks and API-based integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing implementation, project management, or technical account management in fintech, banking tech, or enterprise SaaS serving financial institutions.
• Working knowledge of lending (consumer, auto, credit card, personal loan) and deposit products and the systems behind them.
• REST/JSON APIs, file-based integrations, data mappings, and configuration specs; experience coordinating integrations across core banking, LOS, digital banking, or CRM platforms.
• Atlassian Jira and Confluence for ticket tracking, project management, and documentation; Smartsheet for dashboards and reporting; Claude AI for documentation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive decisions, escalations, and accountability across internal and Partner teams; own end-to-end delivery of Lending and Deposit implementations from kickoff to go-live across 2–3 concurrent Partner projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Partner executives, product owners, compliance leads, and technical resources.
• Lead discovery, requirements workshops, configuration reviews, and go-live readiness checkpoints; communicate risks and tradeoffs clearly to business and technical audiences.
• Surface Partner feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and contribute to playbooks and processes.
• Coordinate integrations with Strategic Partners and third-party providers, managing dependencies, credentials, and testing windows.
