Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an SME & Growth sales professional to expand our US SME footprint and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding. You’ll translate complex fintech capabilities into clear business value for ecommerce, SaaS, and growth-focused customers.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, remote role within the Pacific Time Zone, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and strategic partnerships. Compensation range is $146K-$182K annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle fintech sales experience or proven success selling into finance departments.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical/solution-based selling environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS or subscription businesses, spend management or finance teams, or other technology-enabled or professional services businesses.
• Consistent pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management to help SME and Growth customers solve complex financial challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s financial technology suite around clear customer and business value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology partners to move opportunities forward and support strong customer outcomes.
• Improve the sales motion by developing new verticals, documenting best practices, representing Airwallex at relevant industry events, and setting a high standard through strong performance and teamwork.
