Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an accomplished fintech sales professional to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and customer success within the US SME & Growth market. You’ll become an expert in payments, cross-border solutions, and spend management, translating complex fintech into tangible business value.

You will drive revenue by targeting ecommerce, SaaS, and finance teams, collaborating with legal, finance, and strategy teams, and building scalable sales motions across markets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-cycle fintech sales experience or proven success selling into finance departments.
• A track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or solution-based selling environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS or subscription businesses, spend management or finance teams, or other technology-enabled or professional services businesses.
• A consistent track record of pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management to help SME and Growth customers solve complex financial challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s financial technology suite around clear customer and business value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology partners to move opportunities forward and support strong customer outcomes.
• Improve the sales motion by developing new verticals, documenting best practices, representing Airwallex at relevant industry events, and setting a high standard through strong performance and teamwork.
