Airwallex is expanding its SME & Growth team and seeking a proven fintech sales professional to own the full sales cycle in the US market. You will engage ecommerce, SaaS, and professional services clients, translating complex payments solutions into business value and closing deals from prospecting to onboarding.

The role is remote across Mountain and Central Time Zones, with equity and commission incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-cycle fintech sales experience or proven success selling into finance departments.
• A track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or solution-based selling environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS or subscription businesses, spend management or finance teams, or other technology-enabled or professional services businesses.
• A consistent track record of pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and sales enablement tools.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management to help SME and Growth customers solve complex financial challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s financial technology suite around clear customer and business value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology partners to move opportunities forward and support strong customer outcomes.
• Improve the sales motion by developing new verticals, documenting best practices, representing Airwallex at relevant industry events, and setting a high standard through strong performance and teamwork.
• This remote role is open to candidates in Mountain and Central Time Zones.
