Job summary

Airwallex is expanding its SME & Growth team in the U.S., serving ecommerce, SaaS, and tech-enabled businesses. You will own the entire sales cycle, translate complex fintech into clear business value, and drive growth across cross-border payments, billing, and spend management.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fintech sales, a track record of hitting targets, and strong CRM and communication skills. This remote role welcomes applicants from the Eastern Time Zone, excluding NYC metro.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-cycle fintech sales experience or proven success selling into finance departments.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or solution-based selling environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS, spend management, or finance teams.
• Strong pipeline generation and outbound prospecting experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments, cross-border, billing, and spend management for SME/Growth customers.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s fintech solutions around business value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology to move opportunities forward.
• Improve sales motion by developing verticals, documenting practices, and representing at events.
