OpenTrain AI is seeking a Financial Systems Expert to evaluate AI-generated accounting work for technical accuracy and alignment with standards. This remote contractor role focuses on reviewing outputs, documents, and system logic across accounting workflows.

You will provide actionable written feedback, create realistic accounting scenarios, and ensure consistency with project rubrics. Requires at least three years of hands-on accounting experience, paid Human Data support for AI training, and

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on experience in financial accounting or related areas.
• Paid Human Data support experience for AI training and fluent English (B2+).
• Experience with financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365).
• Strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting work for technical accuracy.
• Review outputs against applicable accounting standards and reconcile documents.
• Annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and close workpapers.
• Assess financial systems logic and reporting workflows.
• Apply rubrics consistently and provide actionable written feedback.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers.
• Identify unclear or ambiguous cases and flag them.
