Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on experience in financial accounting or related areas.
• Paid Human Data support experience for AI training and fluent English (B2+).
• Experience with financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365).
• Strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.

The Financial Systems Expert Role

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated accounting work for technical accuracy and alignment with accounting standards. You will also review accounting documents and assess whether financial systems logic reflects practical accounting workflows.

The work focuses on financial accounting systems and reporting. You should be prepared to review accounting outputs, documents, and system logic according to project needs. Workload and weekly hours are not specified.

Requirements

Applicants must have at least three years of hands‑on experience in one or more relevant areas of accounting or finance. Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to discuss your relevant experience as a Financial Systems Expert are essential.

You must also have prior paid Human Data support experience for AI training and B2-level or better English communication proficiency.

• At least three years of hands‑on experience in financial accounting, month‑end close, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, or financial statements
• Practical familiarity with NetSuite, SAP or GSAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, or comparable financial systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Prior paid Human Data support for AI training
• Fluent English proficiency at B2 level or better
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Immediate availability
