Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert (Contractor) to support AI-driven financial training and accounting workflow evaluation. Remote worldwide collaboration will focus on evaluating AI outputs, preparing and reviewing journal entries, and improving financial system logic.

Candidates should have experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Excel, and month-end close processes, and be comfortable annotating and scoring model outputs to raise accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in AI training or human-data work is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
• Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Familiarity with major financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
