Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert (Contractor, Remote) to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will apply accounting judgment to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs and training data.

Responsibilities include evaluating outputs for accuracy, reviewing statements and journals, and providing clear corrections with rationale; experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial accounting or FP&A.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, or Workday.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
