Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting or FP&A.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, or close workpapers.
• Practical experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, or Workday.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication at B2 level or above.
• Ability to assess financial information carefully and communicate accounting decisions clearly.
• Reliable internet connection and availability to begin promptly.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, including journal entries and explanations.
• Analyze financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers to identify errors or misstatements.
• Evaluate accounting workflows and system logic across platforms like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply established evaluation guidelines consistently when reviewing, rating, or ranking outputs.
• Identify ambiguous or complex cases and document your reasoning clearly.
• Develop practical accounting scenarios and reference answers based on real-world financial processes.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to support improvements to AI models and evaluation processes.
