Applicants should have 3+ years in financial accounting, proficiency in NetSuite/SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks, and strong Excel skills. You will annotate outputs, improve accuracy, and provide clear feedback to enhance AI models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Experience with major ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
