Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support a client project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will apply accounting judgment and financial systems expertise to evaluate AI-generated outputs and training data.

Prior experience in AI training or human-data work is required; simply using AI features within accounting software does not qualify. This is a contractor, remote worldwide role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have strong accounting background with experience in financial reporting and month-end close.
• Experience reviewing and annotating financial statements and reconciliations.
• Familiar with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
